This is an exciting, newly created role in the People and Culture Team and comes at a time where we are introducing a new HR Information System, which will see the design, development, roll out and embedding of new HR and L&D policies, processes and practices.
Children 1st is a charity dedicated to protecting all children from harm. Our approach to supporting children and their families is trauma-informed, relational and high-support, high-challenge. Whether working directly with children and families, or behind the scenes, we work with each other the way we work with the children we’re here to support. We value connection, trust and understanding and every member of the Children 1st team plays a crucial role in protecting Scotland’s children.

Your base will be in either Glasgow or Edinburgh with the option for occasional home working.
Salary, Conditions, Pension
We will offer you a competitive salary, generous annual leave entitlement (40 days inclusive of 7 public holidays, pro rata), flexible working opportunities and a contributory pension scheme.

This is a permanent, full time post of 35 hours per week, to be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the team.
